Holocaust Remembrance Day reminds us of the moral imperative, well before the legal duty, to honour the victims of the Holocaust and to ensure that such a tragedy never happens again. Each year, the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation commits to preserving the memory of the Shoah, also abroad, through the numerous events and initiatives organized by our diplomatic network around the world, including the Italian Cultural Institutes.
This year, the Istituto Italiano di Cultura Toronto presents the online version of the exhibition: 1849-1871. The Jews of Rome between Segregation and Emancipation
